SUBJECT : All false allegation on me and my family members and no access to my child

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, A.F. Shakeel Ahmed s/o Faiz Ahmed got married to A. Faiz Jahan D/o M. Abdul
Salam on 16-Nov-2019. The Marriage took place at “Corporation Community Hall”, CP
Ramaswamy, Nandanam, Chennai. It was very simple marriage with no demands from Groom side

only 15 guests attended the marriage from Groom side. I and my wife only were living in rented
house of 2bhk(Rent. 9000/-) in Ajugam nagar, Kolathur.

Before Marriage, my wife and her dad opted schema from Moovalur Ramamirtham
Ammaiyar NinaivuThirumana Nidhi Udhavi Thittam for my wife marriage by giving false information
that they earning less than Annual Income of 72,000/- but she was working in Wipro Technology and
getting 50,000/ per month where they produce my adhaar card, school and college certificates.

Every month she uses to go to her dad house & stay for 15days and her dad use to come
every alternate day to see her at my home. I was loving towards her & her family and gave her all
comforts.I use to purchase monthly 10,000 provision for the house though she never use to cook
food & do any household work, just chatting on her phone whole day and She use to beat me & call
me with worst bad word often. I requested atleast 2times food which she never cook food and
sometimes I use to eat 3times bread whole day. When I request her to cook food, she ask my
mother who is 75yrs old to cook food and give to her though my mother never stayed with us or me
to prepare food to give to her. Due to her torture & covid lockdown situation I lost my job which I
earlier worked in good company. I am currently doing Marketing job & will keep my family in comfort.

My wife left my house on 14-May-2020 without informing me & took all her 4 sovereign of
jewellery & also mine 4 sovereign of jewellery with her which she was kept in bero locker & 2 keys of
locker is with her only from beginning. She never interested to phone me nor her dad was interested
to tell me about her whereabout & delivery. Though I called them several times through phone &
whatup to enquire about her health, but they never answered. I was blessed with baby, but not sure
whether its baby boy or girl as they never informed me about the delivery which took place in
hospital which might happen on Dec 2020. My wife is not interested in Marriage life & often she
leaves to her dad house. & for more than 15Months she was not living with me. I tried going to wife
place number of times to take her back home, but they threatened me not to visit her & baby & never
showed me till now, but now they are t hreatening me & my family with all false allegation. Since I
didn’t know the hospital where my child born I request to get my child birth certificate from my wife.
Because I wish to live with my wife & child I took all difficulties to secure my marriage life. But in
vain.

After 15Months my wife away from me, my wife & her dad has register the complaint in
Villivakkam (W-9 CAW Cell) Station, stating all false allegation on me and my family on 1-July-21,
And I been repeated called several times to attend the enquiry of which every twice a week use to
go to station on behalf of enquiry from wife complaint. Nearly more than 20 times I visited the station
for enquiry.

Also final counselling happened on 21-July-21, afterwhich the I informed the counsellor that I
wanted to live with me and my wife, so he asked to search a new house to keep my wife and child
and gave 1 week of time to search a new house of which me and my wife agreed with living
together. I searched new house and waited my wife to come with me and start a new life. But in vain,
I got a call again from CAW Women cell that she is not interested in staying with me and asking her
things back. I felt very emotion in hearing that my wife attitude keep on changed 1st she was
interested next she is not interested. I request the CAW Woman cell to speak with my wife to rejoin
with me neither asking me to not to live with my wife. From the beginning I will repeat that I wanted
my wife and child back in my life for which I will wait for life long or if need will be patience to get my
wife and child back. Since I Knew she is not interested to live with me, I started sending 5000/- per
month thru money order and sending baby food & products through online. As a dad I am sending to
my baby, I request my wife to receive the baby products instead of rejecting it and allowing me to
see the baby once a week.

I want to lead Happy Marriage life with my wife & baby, I shall be very grateful if your good
self would, Kindly intervene & settle this issue amicably so my wife & baby are restored to me &
allow me to lead Happy & Peaceful Marriage life, for which act of yours, I shall be ever grateful all
my life.
