RA Routing Fueling Processes

The safety risk assessment identifies potential hazards for three fueling activities: fueling trucks, fueling road sweepers (RS), and fueling excavators (EH). The potential hazards included fire and traffic incidents. The assessment evaluated the severity and likelihood of each hazard, assigning a risk category. It identified control measures already in place to mitigate the risks, such as use of fire extinguishers, prohibiting smoking or cell phones, checking for leaks, and following traffic safety rules. Responsible parties and any additional required actions were also noted.
