LETTER OF PROVISIONAL EMPLOYMENT

Dear Freke Odion,

We are delighted to extend this letter of provisional employment for the

position of Sales/Marketing Executive with Task Culture Ltd. Please

review this summary of terms and conditions for your anticipated

employment with us.

Employment Contract terms and condition

In a case of employment of a new staff, it is necessary for the employee to be


conversant with the following terms and conditions of employment by the
company; Task Culture Ltd.
IN CONSIDERATION of this it is vital for the employee to review this in details.

Employment
The Employee agrees that he or she will faithfully and to the best of their
ability carry out the duties and responsibilities communicated to them by the
Employer. The Employee shall comply with all company policies, rules and
procedures at all times.

Position
Sales/Marketing Executive, it is the duty of the Employee to perform all
essential job functions and duties of this position. From time to time, the
Employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the
Employee’s work.

Punctuality & Reporting


The employee would work effectively from home or any preferredlocation
during the days of the week without any required working hours or sign in time,
but will be required to execute his/her duty promptly.

Compensation/salary
As compensation for the services provided, the Employee will be paid a salary
of #70,000.00 per month and this will be strictly subject to a
monthly performance review. Kindly note that the mentioned salary amount
may be lower or higher based on an established mode of estimation which is
solely based on monthly performance. All payments shall be subject to
deduction in compliance with regulatory bodies on federal/state taxation
laws ( if mandated).

Contract Duration
It is understood that this employment contract is for a duration of 6-month.
This contract will be reviewed for renewal based on the employees
performance, productivity and other criteria solely decided by the employer
after the expiry period of 6-month. The first month of employment constitutes
a probationary period. During this time, the Employee’s dedication and result
is being observed by the employer to determine if the employee would remain
on the team as a staff. During this time, the Employer also exercises the right
to terminate employment at any time without advanced notice, if the
employee fails to show dedication and does not perform their duties effectively
for the company.

Termination
It is the intention of both parties to form a mutually profitable relationship.
However, either party may terminate this relationship at any time provided a
7-days written notice is delivered to the other party. The Employee agrees to
return any Employer property upon termination.

Non-Competition and Confidentiality


As an Employee, you will have access to confidential information that is the
property of the Employer. You are not permitted to disclose this information
outside of the Company.
During your time of Employment with the Employer, you may not engage in any
work for another Employer that is related to or in competition with the
Company. You will fully disclose to your Employer any other Employment
relationships that you have and you will be permitted to seek other
employment provided that (a.) it does not detract from your ability to fulfill
your duties, and (b.) you are not assisting another organization in competing
with the employer.
It is further acknowledged that upon termination of your employment, you will
not solicit business from any of the Employer’s clients for a period of at least 1
year.

Entirety
This document represents the entire agreement between the two parties and
supersedes any previous written or oral agreement. These terms and conditions
may be modified at any time, provided the written consent of the Employer.

Signing this employment contract shows that I have read and duly understand
and agreed to this terms and conditions of the employer (Task Culture Ltd).
