SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, FERNANDO FUENTEBELLA JR., married to Corazon Fuentebella, all of legal age, Filipinos,
do hereby name, constitute, and appoint PAUL T. FUENTEBELLA, as our true and lawful attorney-
in-fact to do and perform for and on our behalf –

1. To negotiate, transact, sell and enter any contract in favor of any person covering Lot 2, Pcs-
06-000221 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-113737 with authority to receive the
price or any monetary consideration, either cash or check, from the vendee or any contracting
party;

2. To process and pay the required taxes in connection with the sale of the above-stated property
with the Bureau Of Internal Revenue, BIR- accredited banking institution and the City of
Bacolod;

3. To claim and receive the Certificate Authorizing Registration and other documents from the
Bureau Of Internal Revenue in connection with the sale of the above-stated parcel of land;

4. To process the Transfer of Certificate of title to the name of the vendee before appropriate
Office of the Registrar of Deeds;

5. To cause the transfer of ownership of the above-stated parcel of land to the name vendee(s)
before the appropriate Assesor’s Office and the Land Tax Office with authority to pay the
transfer tax and to request for tax declaration in the name of the vendee;

6. To make, execute, deliver, and sign the Deed of Absolute Sale, Contract to Sell, Tax
Returns,application forms and other documents in connection with the powers as above-
specified; and

7. To do and perform other powers that are necessary and relevant in connection with the
performance of the powers as specified in the preceding paragraph.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney-in-Fact full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority
as fully to all intents and purposes as WE might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby
confirming and ratifying all that our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under
the premises.
