program and understand what you will be required to do to qualify. In case you fail to
clear the entrance exam, we can work with you on any roadblocks and recommend
ways to study and prepare for the next entrance exam.

A: This entrance exam will be a blend of aptitude, MCQ, and coding—which will test your
technical skills. You should have basic knowledge of the below topics to clear this

Q: How can I be eligible to take up the Job Guarantee program at Simplilearn?
A: You need to complete the Master’s Program within the specified duration to earn
your Master’s Certificate. To unlock your Master Certificate, you:
Need to maintain minimum 85% attendance in live classes for each phase of the
program
Should submit all your phase-end projects within 7 days of your phase completion
date (Typically these projects require only 2-4 hours of effort)
Submit Capstone project within 7 days of the completion date
Successfully pass all the Phase-end and Capstone projects
Complete 80% of the self-learning videos that are included in the curriculum Once
you earn the Master’s Certificate, you will become eligible for the Job Search

Q: What is expected from a candidate on Hirist.com?
Candidates should apply for at least 40 Job applications on each portal per month
Candidates should attend a minimum of two hiring events
Once shortlisted for a position, the candidate should use the “chat with the recruiter”
option on the portal
Q: What If I do not receive any offers after the program?
A: If you don’t receive an offer letter for a full time opportunity within six months of
successfully completing the program (unlocking the certificate), your full program fee
will be refunded to the same source (original method of payment).
Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund
request is approved by Simplilearn.
Q: How many companies will I be referred to as a part of the Job Guarantee
Program?
A: You will be referred to multiple companies until you get an offer letter above the
Minimum Guaranteed CTC. Your placement process will start as soon after you unlock
the certificate.
Q: What if I am referred to a company which I don’t prefer to join?
A: We are committed to referring you to the top companies that are looking for good
talent. However, if you turn down the interviews or job offers per the agreement, you
will not be eligible for a refund.

Q: If I want to cancel my enrollment, can I get a refund?
A: No refund will be applicable once you make the partial/full payment for this program.
Q: When do I need to make the payment for this program?
A: Once your profile is shortlisted by Simplilearn and you clear your pre-assessment test,
you will be invited to join the program. You need to make the full payment to confirm
your seat.

and turns down the offer
The customer does not respond/reply to the official communication mails from Hirist.

The customer does not follow through the interview/qualifying process in a timely and

Q: When will my 6 month job guarantee period start?
A: Your 6 month-job guarantee period will start soon after you unlock your Program
completion certificate. During this period:
You will be actively involved in Job Search and are applying for suitable positio

You need to attend a minimum of 2 hiring per month
You will be given guidance on Resume Building Assistance, Interview Preparation
