Writing Task 1 Line Graph

The graph shows the average carbon dioxide emissions per person in the UK, Sweden, Italy and Portugal from 1967 to 2007. UK emissions were the highest, starting at over 11 tons per person in 1967 and declining to under 9 tons by 2007. Swedish emissions were the lowest, remaining steady at around 5 tons per person throughout the period. Emissions in Italy and Portugal were similar, starting around 6-7 tons per person and declining to around 5 tons by 2007.
