assets under care exceeding $16 million. All customers individually recruited through personal
contact or referrals. By listening carefully to my clients, develop and implement a personal,
unified, financial strategy using a five-step process.

Twice earned Regional “Top Hat Award” for percentage growth in assets under management.

Senior Minister to 400 member congregation near Nashville. Greatly expanded and improved the
previous small group ministry by training new leadership. Heading staff of five, coordinated
congregational study integrating weekly sermons, classes, and small groups. Formulated outreach
events to the community with other staff members. Implemented redesigned of ministry system.
