ON the basis of the analysis. Lisa should be more open to communicating with Scoville as she
now understands what are his trigger points and personality traits. She can be more careful
with her choice and words and actions and can use his eagerness to share knowledge to learn
about other facets of the job.
Lisa could try to be a” buffer” between Scoville and other peers. If Lisa encouraged other to

be no long term goal and that she would not learn much from it because it is a small company.
