2. The above cited reference pertains to the above-mentioned subject, wherein


complaining is a certain JUANA MASIPAG y TAMAD, 23 years old (DOB Feb
29, 1998) female, single, IT analyst and presently residing at No. 101 Nike drive,
timog park subdivision Angeles City Pampanga victim of robbery for five
hundred thousand pesos. After this office gathered all necessary information and
evidence, a crime of Robbery defined and penalized under Article 294 of the
Revised Penal Code was filed in Pampanga Prosecutors Office against Pepito
Durugas, co-worker of the victim in concentrix corp. which transpired at Angeles
city around 4:35pm of August 11,2021
