4. Duty Hours is same like Eight (8) hours and Six (6) days in a week.

5. You also be entitled for an annual leave of 30


days after Completion of one year in service.

6. The Management reserve the right to terminate your


appointment at its absolute discretion without
notice in case you violate clause
(120) Federal Law No. (8) of 1980 in respect of organizing
of labor relation and as condition provided in Labor Law.

7. You will have to submit your Passport with the


management of Gulf Manufacturing Co.K.S.C as a
replacement the Company will provide you a
labor card and Employment ID is a very important
card in the KUWAIT.

8. You will be assigning your duties and


responsibilities with a job description at the time
of joining and sign the open dated contract with
the Company.

9. This offer of employment does not imply any


commitment towards your increment supersedes
any other agreement, written/oral with the
employment regard though you could not seek
increment before completing one year of your
service.

10. After confirmation,


resignation/termination should be followed by one
month notice or payment in lieu thereof.

11. You will be placed in the regional office of Gulf


Manufacturing Co.K.S.C at Kuwait Location and you will
be reporting to Kitzer johz – Site Foreman of Gulf
Manufacturing Co.K.S.C. page2

of this letter, as a also requested to submit immediately your original qualification
token of your certificates and other documents as may be required in order to
