Step 1: Install LicenseManager " Cadence SPB 17.2-2016 \ lm " (if the program asks
for the license then skip and continue to install)
Step 2: Install cadence " SPB 17.2-2016 \ setup.exe " (a little longer)
Default install on "C: \ Cadence"
Step 3: Install " OrCAD Library Builder February 17, 2016 ".
Step 4: Copy all the files in the " crack \ license_manager " (3 files) into the "
Cadence \ LicenseManager " folder just installed in step 1. Then double click on the "
LicenseManagerPubkey.bat " file to run this file.
Step 5: Copy all the files in the " crack \ tools " folder to the folder installed in step 2 is
" Cadence \ SPB_17.2 \ tools " and then run the file " ToolsPubkey.bat " (running a
little longer) .
Step 6: Then run the file " LicGen.bat " in the " crack \ lic_gen " folder to generate
the " license.lic " file . Then copy the newly created " license.lic " file into the
"Cadence" folder and install it.
Step 7: Go to the folder " Cadence \ LicenseManager " and run the file "
LicenseServerConfiguration.exe ", in the License file window, click browse to find the
" license.lic " file you just copied above. Then click next until finished click - Finish.
Step 8: We continue in the folder " Cadence \ LicenseManager " file " license.dat "
has just been created. Open the file as a notepad and delete the double quotes and
save.
For example: " C: \ Cadence \ LicenseManager \ cdslmd.exe PORT = 3000 "
(remove 2 quotes).
Step 9: Continue to run the file " lmtools.exe " (also in this Cadence \
LicenseManager folder ). LMTOOLS window opens, select the tab Start / Stop / Reread.
Then click Stop Server and then click Start Server again. After seeing the Succesful
Server Start message line is OK.
If at any step, the program requires selecting a "skill" directory to contain the file
"allegro.ilinit", you just create a folder "Cadence \ SKILL" and point the program to that
