TASK PERFORMANCE

Instructions:

1. You may choose your groupmates for this activity or follow the assignment given by the instructor. Each
group should consist of no more than five (5) students.
2. Create an information campaign which focuses on any of the five (5) personal development areas listed
below to help fellow STI students to project a positive social image and create a favorable impression
on other people.
a. Self-discipline and Self-examination
b. Grit and Motivation
c. Respecting Others
d. Social Etiquette
e. Personal Hygiene
3. Follow the bullets below for the assignment of topics:
a. Groups 1 and 2: Self-discipline and Self-examination
b. Groups 3 and 4: Grit and Motivation
c. Groups 5 and 6: Respecting Others
d. Groups 7 and 8: Social Etiquette
e. Groups 9 and 10: Personal Hygiene
4. Each group should develop the following materials for their information campaign:
a. Television Commercial (minimum of 15 seconds, maximum of 30 seconds)
b. Leaflets or flyers

Rubric for scoring the television commercial (TVC):

6. The TVC constitutes 40% of your total score, 40% for the information campaign materials, and the
presentation is 20%.
7. Sample computation:
o (Score of the TVC) x (.40) + (Score of the information campaign materials) x (.40%) + (Score
of the presentation) x (.20) = Total Score
o 75 x .40 + 75 x .40 + 90 x .20 = 78
