This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is being made between;

1. Services
We agree to perform the services (“Services”) listed in this Section 1. The Parties acknowledge
that their obligations pursuant to this Agreement serve as good and valuable consideration for
this Agreement.

o Single Entry Tourist Visa from Originating Country to U.S. – 2-3 months
o Multiple Entry Tourist Visa from Originating Country to U.S. – 2-3 months
o Single entry H1B Visa also known as Working Visa – 6-8 months
o Processing of Green Card must be presently residing in the U.S. – 6-8 months
o Processing of Green Card with Deportation notice – 6-8 months
o Processing of Green Card via “Jump Ship” – 6-8 months
o Processing of Green Card for overstaying Tourist Visa (out of status) – 6-8 months
o H1B Working Visa to Green Card Conversion 6-8 months
o Expedite pending petition for Green Card – 6-8 months
o Expedite the process – 3 months
o Replacement of card

2. Payment
Filing fee and Deposit is due upon signing the contract. Remaining balance is due once the
documents are complete and ready for release. If for any reason, the client is unable to pay the
amount that is due all documents will not be available for release unless the balance is paid in
full or other arrangement is made.

3. Term
The term of this Agreement depends on the services selected.
4. Termination
a. If either Party wants to terminate the Agreement before the release of documents, for a
reason. If You terminate the Agreement before the Services have been completed, the deposit
amount will be refunded back to you within 30 days. Filing fee will not be refunded.
b. This Agreement will automatically terminate when both Parties have performed all of their
obligations under the Agreement and all payments have been received.
5. Amendments
This Agreement may be modified as needed. To make a modification, the Parties have to agree
to the modification. The terms of this Agreement will apply to any Amendment the Parties make
or changes in Schedule of Fees.
6. Assignment
The Parties may not assign the responsibilities that they have under this Agreement to anyone
else unless both Parties agree to the assignment in writing.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement puts the Parties entire understanding of the Services to be performed and
anything else the Parties have agreed to in black and white (literally). This Agreement
supersedes any other written or verbal communications between the Parties.
