Engagement Contract

This caretaker agreement is between Jerry and Daisy Berganio, the owners of a property in San Jose, Sudipen, La Union, and Peter Apayo, who will serve as the caretaker. CARETAKER AGREEMENT

This CARETAKER AGREEMENT made and entered into at the


____________________________ this __ day of ________________ between:

Spouses JERRY H. BERGANIO and DAISY YUMUL-BERGANIO, of legal age, Filipino, and residents
of Tacasan, Macabebe, Pampanga. ( herein referred to as the OWNERS/FIRST PARTY);

- And –

PETER E. APAYO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Sudipen, La Union. (Herein referred to as
the CARETAKER/SECOND PARTY)

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY are the owners of the lot 3345 located at San Jose, Sudipen, La
Union.

WHEREAS, the above-named parties agreed in the following terms and conditions below:

1. That the SECOND PARTY acknowledges to become the caretaker of the property located at San
Jose, Sudipen, La Union for a period of one (1) year beginning on _________________ until
_________________ unless earlier terminated in writing by the FIST PARTY.

2. That the SECOND PARTY has agreed to take care of the said property and to preserve the same
from any trespass and destruction.

3. That the SECOND PARTY shall not sublease nor sell any portion of the premises.

4. That this Agreement shall terminate on the earlier occurrence of sixty (60) days’ notice given by
either party to the other party.

5. Payment: The SECOND PARTY shall receive the amount of Two Thousand Pesos (P 2,000.00)
every month for service tendered.

6. Compliance: The SECOND PARTY agrees to comply with all national and local laws relating to the
monitoring of the property.

7. On termination of Agreement, the SECOND PARTY’s right to stay shall cease.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby affixed their signature this __ day of
