Pampanga River Flood Mitigation Project

The document summarizes the justification for a variation order for the Flood Management Program project involving construction and rehabilitation of the eroded Pampanga River Bank. Based on an as-built survey, some items quantities increased due to longer project stations and larger pile caps, while other items decreased due to shorter project lengths. Specifically, the as-built plan resulted in a negative variation of approximately 983,000 pesos or 0.00053% of the original 187 million peso contract amount. The variation order is necessary to account for changes identified during the as-built survey to fully complete the project.
