Control Panel from last 20 years, Panel are standard & custom designed MS & SS for
both indoor & outdoor applications. Since our Establishment we achieved remarkable

Design. While Designing and Manufacturing we follow IS & IEC Standards to Meet
Industrial Safety. We have a well advanced & equipped in house fabrication setup. We
fabricate electrical panels in our manufacturing unit which is a part of our state-of-the art
infrastructure. We have well equipped shop floor.

1) AMF Panels: We Manufacture Auto Mains Failure
Panels. We Manufacture Multiple DG Set Synchronizing Panels.
We Manufacture Automatic Bus coupling panels. We Manufacture
Automatic load Sharing panels.
2) PCC Panel: We Manufacture Standard & Customered
PCC Panels. All Protection Like OL , SC, EF , UV , OV , UF , OF
provided in all panels. Along with PCC Panel we provide Energy
Management system for all system load analysis.
3) MCC Panels: DOL Starters. Automatic Star-Delta Starters.
Reverse/Foreword Starters. Intelligent MCC Panels.
4) APFC Panels: Automatic Power Factor Control. Reactive
Power Management. Harmonic Control Panel.

INFRASTRUCTURE:
1) DESIGN: We have Design Department of Qualified & technically
Experienced Professionals which uses latest E-Plan softwares for Design. While
Designing and Manufacturing, we follow IS & IEC Standards to Meet Industrial
Safety.
2) FABRICATION: We have in-house fabrication facility having CNC turret tu
punch model 2510NT having size 2500 X 1500 mm with repositioning 5000 mm X
1500 mm. All fabrication work is done by our skilled labour. Fabrication work of all
panel is done as per IS standared (IP55) such as dust proof, warm in proof and
water proof. Panels are made in 14/16 SWG CRCA sheets.
3) POWDER COATING/PAINTING: We have In-house facility of 10 tank
process for phospheting of panel for purpose of degreasing, oxidation & oil
removation. We have powder coating as well painting facility. We have 10 tank
pretreatment process & job drying oven with tank size each - 2700(L) x 1650(W) x
1750(H).
4) ASSEMBLY & WIRING: All electrical work & wiring is done as per IS
8623 (part 3) 1993 & IEC PUB 439-3,1990. All wiring work as per standared
electrical drawing. All busbar work done at automatic CNC busbar cutting, bending &
punching machine. Printed ferrules tube used for wire identification, PVC sleeves
are used for insulation. Copper lugs are used for wire crimping. Bus bars & cables
with proper rating & colour code used.
5) FINAL INSPECTION & TESTING: Dimensional checkup done as per
approved drawings. High voltage test ([Link]) for 1 minute at 2.2 kV is taken for
each panel. Megger test is taken for each panel. 4000 Amp. current injection test.
Temperature rise test. Functional test at no load is taken for each panel.
