RFP for Construction of 6-Lane ROB at Km. 314.630 over Existing NH-24 of Bareilly-
Sitapur section on EPC basis in the state of Uttar Pradesh for proposed private railway
siding of KFL

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of India
is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has
been decided to undertake Construction of 6-Lane ROB at Km. 314.630 over Existing
NH-24 of Bareilly-Sitapur section in the state of Uttar Pradesh for proposed private
railway siding of KFL through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids
from eligible contractors for the following project:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of the NHAI

[Link] from 08.10.2021 to 22.11.2021 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bidder must
submit its Financial bid at [Link] and Technical Bid at [Link]
and [Link] on or before 22.11.2021 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received online
shall be opened on 23.11.2021 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Securing Declaration,
POA for signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity
Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any and other documents
specified in clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest
Bidder before issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the
