1. Built up rates for 1m2 concrete formwork to sides of ground beam including support.
Data given :

i. 1.4m3 wood (1 tonne) RM 1800.00


ii. Plywood 3.6m2 13mm thick RM 56.00
iii. Nail 1kg RM 8.60
iv. Formwork used 4 times
v. 1m2 formwork need 0.025m3 timber support
vi. Carpenter rate per day RM120.00
vii. Labour rate per hour RM 6.00
viii. Labour output to forming 1.2 hours
ix. Labour output to fixing 1.0 hours
x. Labour output to open back 0.5 hours
xi. Profit & Overhead 10 %

2. Built up rates for 1m2 concrete formwork to soffit of floor slab including support.
Data given :

i. 1m3 wood (1.4 tonne) RM 2600.00


ii. Plywood 3.6m2 13mm thick RM 80.00
iii. Nail 1kg RM 5.00
