GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT THAT I, MANESSEH
JOHN WESLEY DANIEL, S/o.(Late) J.Daniel residing at Door No.27,
Dr.Munusamy Nagar, Ramanathapuram Post, Coimbatore-641045,
Tamil Nadu, India. At present residing at 3555 Greenside Drive
#103, Memphis, TN-38125, U.S.A. do hereby nominate and appoint
my Brother Mr.KINGSLEY DANIEL, S/o.(Late) J.Daniel residing at
Door No. 27, Dr.Munusamy Nagar, Ramanathapuram Post, Coim
batore-641045, Tamil Nadu, India. as my true and lawful attorney to
do all are any of the acts, things setout hereinafter-
WHEREAS the property more fully described in originally
belonged to J.Daniel by virtue of a Conveyance Deed Dated –
20.08.1990 and registered in Book 1 Volume No.2568 Pages 267 to
269 as Document No.3696 of 1990 in the office of the District
Register Office of Coimbatore. and he was in peaceful possession
and enjoyment of the same as absolute owner.
AND WHEREAS the above said J.DANIEL died intestate leaving
behind their legal heirs Mrs.ELIZABETH DANIEL, Mr.MANESSEH
JOHN WESLEY DANIEL the Principal herein, Mr.KINGSLEY DANIEL
the Power agent herein and Mr.LIVINGSLEY DANIEL and
Mrs.ANNAPOORANI. After the death of J.DANIEL and ANNAPOORANI
the above said Mrs.ELIZABETH DANIEL, Mr.MANESSEH JOHN
WESLEY DANIEL, Mr.KINGSLEY DANIEL, Mr.LIVINGSLEY DANIEL
succeed their property are in joint possession and common enjoyment
of the same as absolute owners.
Now I am employed at U.S.A. I have decided to sell / settle /
release my share of the property which is more fully described in the
schedule hereunder and owing to my personal inconvenience I am
unable to personally attend to execute the
deeds of under mentioned property but I am desirous of sell / settle /
release the same at an early date.
AND WHEREAS the said Mr.KINGSLEY DANIEL Power Agent is
appointed to execute deeds now therefore by these presents that I
said MANESSEH JOHN WESLEY DANIEL hereby authorize and
empower the said Mr.KINGSLEY DANIEL as my lawful attorney for
me and on my behalf to do the following acts, deeds and things that
is to say-
1. To sign and execute release/gift/settlement deeds in the schedule
mentioned property on my behalf and to register the same before
the registering authority and also deliver of possession of the
property.
2. To acquire administer and maintain all or any of the assets
whether moveable or immoveable, presently available or that may
be acquired in the future and situated in India.
3. To engage Advocate, Solicitors etc, for the purpose of filing, prosecuting
or defending any legal action to protect my properties including
recovery of my monies from any quarter and to sign all necessary
Forms, Affidavits, Statements etc. In such proceedings give oral or
documentary evidence and also enter into compromise and
acknowledge such compromise before the Court etc on my behalf;
4. To secure copies of any proceedings, sign and file any Appeal before
the Appellate court/Authority and prosecute such proceedings
wherever necessary;
5. To do all necessary and ancillary acts, deeds and thus to carry out the
above objects including delegation of authority to do any particular
acts, deeds or things mentioned as above;
6. I have not received any consideration to execute this Power of Attorney
and this Power of Attorney shall be valid and subsisting till the same is
cancelled by me under a written document. Proper accounts to be
maintained and render accounts whenever asked for.
7. All acts, deeds and things done by my aforesaid attorney or such other
person to whom the Power is delegated by such Agent shall be
construed as done by me in person and I shall ratify the same;

approved by the Deputy Director to Town Planning in Ro.9469/85/4
dated 1.2.1985 and by Coimbatore Municipal Corporation in its
(Council) Resolution No.380 dated 8.3.1985 L.P.R.(CPN) No.20/85

service connection with deposit, water tap service connection with
deposit and compound wall and all other amenities thereon in the
said property and common right to use pathway.
