This activity is called jumbled letters which requires arranging the jumbled
letters to form the correct word. will only begin answering when the jumbled letters
have been displayed. whoever can give the correct word that is formed will get 2

Our topic this day is all about the Physical
Fitness.
What is the Physical Fitness?
Physical Fitness can be define as being in good
cardiovascular condition, having levels of
muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility
having proper amount of body fat.
Meaning to say Physical Fitness refers to the
capacity of an individual to complete and
effectively and efficiently his daily activities and
task without endure fatigue and still has extra
energy to do recreational activities.
In Physical Fitness there some components,
which is the Cardiovascular, Strength, Agility,
Flexibility, Speed, Power, Balance and
Coordination.

to exercise the entire body for

Next is Strength, Strength is the amount of force
the muscle can produce. It is often how much
weight one can lift.
It is also have ability to use muscle or muscle
group a great amount of force with a single
maximal effort.
Agility is the ability to change body position
quickly. Like some athlete good in Football,
Badminton and Ice Hockey players they good or
have a agility in their games.
Flexibility is the ability to use the joints fully
through a wide range of motion.
Speed is a ability to a cover a distance quickly in
a short period of time.
Power is the ability to release maximum force
very quickly.
Power is also have a ability to exert maximal
force or muscle strength in a short a time as
possible.
Balance the ability to maintain an upright
position while standing or moving.
Balance it is also refers as the state of
equilibrium.
Lastly is Coordination, it involves the ability to
link various movements together with the
senses, such as using the eyes with the hands
or feet.
It is also ability to use your different body parts
under control, smoothly, and effectively.

fitness test the Body Mass Index (BMI) and the

to determine a healthy back and prevent
hypertension of the knees.
While the Zipper Test is a test of upper and
shoulder girdle flexibility intended to parallel the
strength and endurance assessment in the part
of the body.

Test for Cardiovascular Endurance which is the
3 minutes step. Is a test for the ability of the
heart, lungs, and blood vessels to deliver oxygen
to working muscles and tissues as well as the
ability of those muscle to do repeated work
without fatigue.
For testing speed we use the 40 meter sprint this
is help to our measure running speed.

the Basketball pass measure upper body

is Hexagon Agility Test to measure a ability to
move quickly to maintain our balance.
Lastly is the Test for Reaction Time is the Stick
Drop Test it is measure the time as how fast a
person can response to a stimulus the higher the
score the faster the reaction and the time. Do

Color Game
The teacher has prepared a flashcard with a variety of colors with attached
questions that they need to answer. this will also be their recitation. they only have
30 seconds to say their answer they can say their answer 2 times and the teacher
will also ask them if their answer is final, if their answer is not correct, they will have
a chance to be called next time. the recitation will only begin with the selection of
the teacher by random picking, whoever is chosen by the teacher and finished with
the answering will, in turn, can choose the next.
