LEADERSHIP-STYLE

Assessment:
1. Which leadership style do you think is the most effective?
Why?
- Because the greatest method to find the best answer to
complicated problems is to listen to many diverse views, the
Democratic Leadership Style is the most effective. A creative setting
encourages collaboration and creates a pleasant climate in which
plans may be made and ideas can be discussed and contrasted. It
also allows lower-level employees to exert authority that they may
need in future positions. It's also similar to how decisions are made
in corporate boardrooms.

2. Which leadership style do you think is the least effective?

Why?
- Because leaders are generally perceived as uninvolved and
disengaged, which can lead to a lack of cohesiveness within the
group, the laissez-faire leadership style is the least effective of them
all. Because team members receive little to no instruction, they may
be unsure of their role within the group and what they are intended
to be doing with their time in various situations.

3. Which style do you like leaders to use when they are in charge
of you? Why?
- Democratic-style leadership is the style I want because, with this
type of leadership, I have the freedom to express myself, and also
encourages me to grow the job and aim for achievements.

4. What leadership style best describes you? Why?

- The leadership style that best describes me is the democratic
leadership style. I allow everyone to share their thoughts and the
freedom to express their feelings. I make sure that before making a
decision, members of the group are informed.
