To whom it may concern,
I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction beyond the increase of
delivery charges on all purchases from your website.
First of all, as a student, I cannot afford your items anymore. To be honest, the
increase of shipping fee does not live up to my expectation which is such a bolt
form the blue.
Moreover, the fuel prices are not stable at all; therefore, your company should not
apply the new delivery charges immediately which can lead to the decrease of the
number of purchaser right after that.
Consequently, I strongly recommend that your company should open an offline
shop for us to come over or you can give some discounts, vouchers as well as some
small presents namely stickers, hair ties when customers purchase a lot. I am pretty
sure, as a matter of fact, customers will not care about changing fee anymore.

How’s it going? I am quite disappointed that our aerobics classes next week will be
cancelled just because of a ridiculous reason like the absence of instructor.
Why don’t they invite another teacher to guide us next week and give back some
money back for us for this sudden inconvenience? Do you agree?

Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to you regarding the mail which I got this early morning about the
cancellation of all aerobics classes next week just due to instructor’s absence. I am,
indeed, madly crazy about that news.
To begin with, as a student, I have had to work hard to afford this class. Therefore,
the cancellation, to be honest, is such a bolt from the blue.
In addition, it is really difficult to join extra classes because of my schedule that I
planned before. Needless to say, I am disappointed a lot.
Consequently, I would appreciate it if you find a substitute teacher or I suppose
that you had better pay a fourth of money back owing to this inconvenience.

popular in Vietnamese breakfasts. This dish tastes super delicious and amazing
with many unique ingredients. Specially speaking, you just can feel the original
taste of this one when you are in the North of Viet Nam.
2, Honestly, I have intention of making sandwiches with omelet eggs in any
parties. Not only are they tasty, but are also simple to cook. Moreover, cooking
something that you are good at makes you more confident and I am not an
exception.
3, Actually, I’m so excited and curious about that party which is a chance for
everyone who shares the same hobbies as me. In particular, we will make some
wonderful foods, desserts and drinks together that would make memorable time for

Furthermore, all sadness and disappointment comes to me as I seem to lose my
entire belief in your club since you cannot even be able to refund our money.
Therefore, I truly suggest some solutions to resolve your problems. To begin with,
it is essential for your club to give money back for people who purchased the
tickets. In addition, a commitment of choosing another place to hold the party in
the particular time as soon as possible is an effective alternative. I am pretty sure
that they are reasonable solutions to your puzzle.
