Routine Lift Plan for SPL-11 Operation

This document provides a routine lift plan for loading scrap plates onto a truck at the Keamari LOBP site. It details the crane and rigging equipment to be used, including a 45 ton capacity hydraulic crane. The load consists of individual scrap plates weighing 400kg each that will be lifted one at a time. The lift plan outlines pre-task preparation steps and a step-by-step lifting process, and notes the communication methods and personnel involved. Safety considerations like maximum wind speeds, competence of personnel, and inspection of equipment are addressed to ensure the lifting operation is performed safely.
