This is to respectfully request for reconsideration of our application for PCAB LICENSE for OHMS
CONSTRUCTION. Attached is the Bank Certification issued by Metro Bank for the purpose. I must have
inadvertently missed attaching the same during my initial application. Our apologies for the
inconvenience.

In relation hereto, we are further respectfully requesting to expedite the approval of our application.
