with projects?
- Project management techniques make planning and managing projects easier and more
effective. They can be applied to any project, regardless of the field or industry. They
also define the workflow and how the project will take shape but it's always up to the
project managers to execute those techniques and help get those sweet results. Used in
tandem with project management software, they help save time and reduce costs
28. – 30. Why do we need to and look at projects as a series of interrelated phases?
- Phases, or stages, are very important for project managers. By thinking in terms of
phases, it is easier to understand the project, you can alos ensure that the deliverables
produced at the end of each phase meet their purpose, and that project team members are
properly prepared for the next phase.

made. They also can decide on the spot how a part of the project should be done and also

- It is important because it brings leadership and direction to projects. They provide
leadership and vision, motivation, removing roadblocks, coaching, and inspiring the team
to do their best work.

- I choose the college upgrades its technology infrastructure to provide wireless

- The ultimate deliverable of this IT project would be that all students have access
to essentially free internet and incentivizes the students to go to the campus to
study. It would increase efficiency in all areas such as viewing grades, asking for
CORs, and even tuition payment would accelerate because they don’t need to
queue up in front of the cashiers office.
