Class Rules
● Raise your hand to answer a question or talk to the teacher.
● Always be a good friend and kind to others.
● Listen to others when they’re speaking.
● Arrive to school on time, with the materials you need, and ready to do your best!

Rationale
● In order for everyone’s voice to be heard, we need to take turns. If everyone’s talking at
the same time, no one’s voice will be heard.
● Treat others like you want to be treated.
● You can learn a lot by listening to others. (Treat others like you want to be treated.)
● We have so much to learn this year and so many fun activities to do - we can’t waste any
time!

Consequences
● Verbal warning.
● No stamp on agenda for the day.
● Visit with assistant principal.
● Note to parent.
● Call to parent.

Rewards
● If you get stamps on your agenda every day of the week (M, T, W, Th, F), you may
choose a prize from the treasure box.
● Dojo Points: You may receive a Dojo point for good behavior (being on task, kindness to
others, participating, etc.) When you receive 10 Dojo points you can choose a reward
from the list (30 minutes Ipad time, Eat lunch with the teacher, etc.)
● Certificates and notes home for exceptional behavior.
