ABOUT KANDINSKY’S ART

Kandinsky thought that a

painting should have the same
emotional impact on the
viewer as a piece of music. In
his abstract work, Kandinsky
invented a language with
abstract forms to replace the
forms of nature. He used
colors, shapes and lines to
evoke feelings and resonate
with the human soul.
