For the first goal, strategies include explaining assessments, posting learning outcomes, and involving students in self and peer assessment. Indicators show improved student awareness, self-assessment, and checking outcomes online. For the second goal, strategies involve helping with teams, attending events, and observing other teachers. Success is seen through improved relationships with students and staff.
