Projects Summary:
Notice resolution system is used to help the client to answer the Notification that the agency sends to
the clients. Here notification is nothing but a tracer which is a tax-agency generated inquiry that
requires an ADP resolution and response. ADP typically receives tracers on behalf of clients when an
agency perceives that a tax-filing is incorrect, late, not received or requires follow-up explanation.

2. Project Name: LAM-Novellus Integration

Projects Summary:
The objective of the engagement is to conduct the Load and Endurance tests for BPC, CRM, ECC, PR
modules to check the performance of critical transactions with defined SLA’s by Business Team. When
user logins to PR system for raising for problem create for any of the other systems ECC, CRM, BPC.
The problem report will be forwarded for next level approval. Apparently, ECC module is a critical
module which is divided into 2 Sub systems i.e. PLM and Buyer Dash Board. PLM is one of the core
system in ECC which is isolated to navigate web based transactions and Buyer dash board too. Other
side in ECC has GUI based transactions like PO Creation, RAM Access, and Sales Order
BPC is a new module which is integrated with BIs and Congo’s systems for pull out the reports on
Excel based operations through EPM Excel add-in. This is very critical module as part of Novellus
which is tightly coupled with LAM

Raley’s corporation has chosen to implement online supermarket Supply Chain that operates stores to
increase the operational efficiency and productivity of its distribution centers, transportation and
logistics. As part of solution, the current online shopping management system being extended for
customer expectations. Chain Stores will handle aspects of supply chain distribution and also handles
retail merchandising business processes.

utilize the functionality in a manner that best meets their business needs. The solution for Raley's also
includes a number of custom extensions developed on top of the WM base solution to further meet
specific business and operational requirements. Raley’s corporation has chosen to implement
Manhattan Associates’ Supply Chain Execution solutions to increase the operational efficiency and
productivity of its distribution centers, transportation and logistics. As part of solution, the current
Manhattan warehouse management system being used at Stockton DC will be upgraded to WMS 2013
version and integrated to Chain Stores.

team made changes on the hardware for increasing the access of users in production environment

the customer before moving to production
