KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, BRIGIDA SOLER TABORADA, of legal age, married, with residence and post-
office address at Canturing, Maasin City, So. Leyte, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and
CONSTITUTE VALENTINA PECAYOSPO4 PROCESO M. BONGOSIA, likewise of legal age,
married, and a resident of Brgy. Conception, Hilongos Leyte, as my true and legal representative to
act for and in my name and instead and to perform the following act/s:

1. To get/withdraw my MONTHLY PENSION from the -------------Tacloban City.

2. To execute, sign and authenticate any document/s in connection with the above-stated
purpose.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the power to get/withdraw my salary/Monthly
Pension, as though I myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may
do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 30th day of August at Maasin
City, Southern Leyte.
