I was originally born in Funabashi-Chiba Japan.
2. What time and date were you born?(ask your parents)
I was born June 17, 2002 around 9:45 pm.
3. Where did your name come from? (ask your parents)
My name comes from a Japanese word which means “My only Child”
4. What is your nickname and why? (ask your parents)
My nickname was Kong in short for Junko.
5. What was your first memory?
The first memory that I remember was the time when I was laying in bed with pink bed sheets, aircon
at the side of the wall and a white blank ceiling.
6. Did you move around a lot when you were younger? (ask your parents)
Yes as I always sing when I see microphone, dance when I hear music and play around a lot.
7. What comes to mind when you think about growing up?
Growing up means getting mature and knowing my responsibilities in life.
8. What did you love to do as a kid, before high school?
I loved to participate in every program in our school before like dancing, singing, poster making or
slogan.
9. What did you love to do in high school?
I loved taking an extra-curricular activities before and also participating in school program.
10. What do remember most about your teenage years?
I remember all the happy moments together with my classmates and friends in my teenage years.
11. What hobbies did you gravitate towards as a child?
My hobbies are drawing or painting stuffs I like and

Yes I have a lot of pets growing up that is why I would call myself a pet lover due to this.

In elementary, I attended Little Angels Learning Center until I graduated there. In High School, I
attended Munoz National High School.
14. Who was your best childhood friend? How would you describe her and your relationship with
her?
My best childhood friend and until now is Hanna Mae Asuncion. I see her as a friend who always
care and cherish me like her own sister which is mutual. We always got our backs and in every dire
situation we always keep have each other.
15. Did you have any family traditions growing up?
Before we always have a Family Vacation to have a bonding but in some time it

Our house before was a simple nipa hut surrounded by a lot of trees with vegetable garden at the side
of it.
17. What was a typical day like in your childhood?
Typical day was me being early in the morning and go to school, learning new lesson, playing with
my classmates and be at home always.
18. Why did you choose LSRC?
Because choosing LSRC means choosing a brighter and more successful future.
19. Why did you choose that course?
I choose this course in order for me to properly manage our own business which is a water refilling
station.
