Deputy Bank Branch Manager.
Reports To
The Deputy Bank Branch Manager will report to the Head of Bank Branch Manager. Or directly to the
general manager of an organization and is responsible for assisting in the management procedures and
operations.
Job Overview
The branch manager will be responsible for monitoring business, compliance and operations. Responsible
for taking decisions that are cost effective and generate revenue. Assists to plan, develop, implement and
oversee company initiatives and projects. She or he oversees the company's operations, has
budgeting responsibilities and is involved in hiring and evaluating company employees.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Tracking all deposits and approved client loans and line of credit requests.
● Recruiting, interviewing and hiring new employees. Establish production goals and motivate staff to
reach client matters.
● Provide client support as needed and worked to resolve client matters.
● Perform periodic internal audits of banking procedures. Ensured confidentiality with all banking
transactions.
● Analyze investment products to develop customized financial strategies for client financial needs.
● Oversees budget reports, preparations of budgets, analysis of reports, overseeing approvals of loans,
lines of credit and other fiscal plans.
● Managing and supervising department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and
leadership.
● Conducting careful financial and covenant analysis of proposed transactions and portfolio companies.
● Advises on procedures and financial management as well as developing policies.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in finance, business with an emphasis in finance, or a related field;
Master’s degree in finance related field preferred.
● Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets, experience in the banking industry.
● Computer skills; experience in financial software, Microsoft Office Suite.
● Advanced knowledge of banking and finance practices, laws, standards and state/national regulations.
