Form
We form the Present Simple with the infinitive form of the verb. For he, she,
and it we add an -s or -es to the end of the verb.

We use do + verb to make questions in the Present Simple. We also use do in
place of the verb with short answers.
Example Do you like coffee? Yes, I do. (Yes, I like.)
We put Wh - and How question words before do to make questions.

We can make questions with be.
Example Is he in a meeting?
We can also use Wh- and How question words with be.
Example How far is Madrid from Barcelona?
In questions with prepositions, the preposition usually goes at the end.
