Analyst (Life Sciences), Customer Success, Data Science & Product
Management
Gridlex is a 10 year old bootstrapped company with more than 80 employees across the US &
India. Our engineering and analytical team is based out of India and we are looking to scale up
our US customer success and product management operations. Gridlex has three values and

Gridlex has two main businesses:
● Gridlex App Suite: This includes our CRM, Accounting+ERP, HRMS related
applications that are customized to meet specific customer requirements. More details

● Dexur: Healthcare data, analytics & research which serves two main healthcare
segments 1) Providers (e.g. Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home Health Agencies,

This position will be full-time and out of our Miami, FL location.
The job has multiple functions and responsibilities including:
● Customer Success & Project Management
● Discuss with customers and understanding their challenges and business
objectives
● Working with the India engineering team to come up with very specific solutions
to help customers become successful
● Writing SQL or other database queries and working with claims data and getting
hands dirty to understand the nuances of problems
● Communicating key issues, challenges and solutions to clients in powerpoint or
other formats that is simple to understand and actionable
● Data Science & Analytics
● Work with large data models to build analytical and reporting models to show
insights to customers
● Develop QC & Test frameworks to make sure reports, metrics and algorithms are
appropriately tested
● Communicate the value of the metrics/models to customers that meet their
business needs
● Product Management
● Get the big picture of where competitors, regulations, technologies and trends
are moving
● Have a very deep understanding of customer challenges
● Develop product roadmaps that make customers successful give their policy,
technology, and customer challenges
● Connect the dots between future roadmap and current app suite and product
functionality and how that can be extended seamlessly
● Convert the product roadmap into actionable features, UX flows, goals that can
be executed in a time-bound manner
● Sales & Marketing Support
● Give direction on marketing collateral, copy, and positioning to help marketing be
successful
● Be active in sales calls, new pitches, sales decks, and other presentations
● Work with sales teams for segmentation, talking points, and other support
Requirements & Qualifications for the Job:
● Expertise in Excel, SQL, SAS, R & Python would be very helpful in daily tasks
● Dive into the nuances of your customer environment and larger industry
● Ability to dive into the details of data, algorithms, visualizations, databases, and writing
queries
● Analytical/statistical knowledge and ability to construct models for standardization,
adjustments, and comparison
● Ability to communicate key concepts across a wide variety of audiences - Analysts, Mid
Level and C Level

Interview Process:
1. Interview 1: Data Analysis and Presentation skills with the CEO & Director, Customer
Success & Product Management. We will share data in a Google Spreadsheet file at
the beginning of the interview that you can download to Excel to analyze the data and
present the insights from the data in a presentation format. We would also like to test
your SQL and programming skills if you have any. You can choose to load some of
this data in a database and write SQL or other queries to demonstrate your skills.
2. Interview 2 (if you pass Interview 1): We may ask you to make a formal presentation
on a topic that we will share beforehand. This will help assess communication skills,
presentation styles and general fit with Gridlex.
3. Interview 3 (if you pass Interview 3): Final Interview to discuss position, expectations,
compensation etc.
