RESOLUTION NO. 11
Series of 2017
“A RESOLUTION CREATING THE BARANGAY HEALTH CLUB OF
BARANGAY BLAD, CAMILING, TARLAC.”
WHEREAS, there is a need for the creation of Health Club, wherein the officers
will serve as the front lines to promote healthy lifestyle in the Barangay and encourage
those are diagnosed with hypertensions or diabetes, to name a few;
WHEREAS, the health club will work in the community and serve as leader in
promoting healthy lifestyle through initiating activities and/or conduct seminars that will
be beneficial to all health enthusiast’s;
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay Kagawad Melecio Y. Dela Cruz
Chairman, Committee on Health, and duly seconded and unanimously approved by the
members of the Sangguniang Barangay;
RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to create the Barangay Health Club
of Barangay Bilad, Camiling, Tarlac.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Office
of the Honorable Erlon C. Clemente, Municipal Mayor, Camiling, Tarlac and the Office
of Municipal Health Center of Camiling, Tarlac for their information, guidance and
reference.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Sangguniang Barangay this 24 th day of,
March 2017 at Barangay Bilad, Camiling, Tarlac.

RESOLUTION NO. 10

“A RESOLUTION CREATING THE DENGUE TASK FORCE OF
BARANGAY BLAD, CAMILING, TARLAC.”
WHEREAS, there is a need for the creation of Dengue Task Force, that will
serve as the frontlines to combat Health Club, wherein the officers will serve as the front
lines to promote healthy and prevent dengue cases in the barangay;
WHEREAS, the Dengue Task Force will work in the community and serve as
leaders in fighting the dreaded dengue diseases through regular conduct of clean up
drives in all possible breeding sites of mosquitoes;
WHEREAS, the Dengue Task Force will also have to educate their constituents
on how to fight dengue through dissemination, training, seminar, workshop and the
likes;
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay Kagawad Melecio Y. Dela Cruz
Chairman, Committee on Health, and duly seconded and unanimously approved by the
members of the Sangguniang Barangay;
RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to create the Dengue Task Force of
Barangay Bilad, Camiling, Tarlac.
