Sto. Tomas, Isabela as OUR true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for our names,
places and stead, to perform the following acts:
To secure a copy of Tax Declaration of Lot 62, Urban Code 023114,
located at Brgy. Biga, Sto. Tomas, Isabela containing an area of
133,493 square meters.
To pay the tax the necessary real property tax imposed thereon.
To sign/receive any the documents and/or all other papers
connected with and/or related to the performance of the acts
mentioned in the preceding paragraphs;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full
power and authority to do and perform all and everything whatsoever requisite
necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do personally present and acting in person;
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
