What triggers my physical, emotional, and behavioral stress signals varies.
makes me feel tense Actually, I'm just stressed when it comes to schoolwork.
When we are overwhelmed with a series of duties that must be completed before the
deadline, I experience headaches, dizziness, and only get around 2 hours of sleep. But,
of course, that happens occasionally because it is also my fault because I did not do our
schoolwork promptly,Because I don't have a relationship, I'm also not bothered about it.
