A score between 59 to 70:
People who score in this range are generally optimistic and have a positive attitude. If you
scored in this range you have a deep awareness of yourself and know how to apply your
strengths and skills to achieve your objectives and goals. You value knowledge, wisdom,
and independence. Focus your attention on developing skills which lead to self-
actualization.

A score between 46 to 58:


People who score in this range have a good sense of self but carry a few limiting beliefs that
cause them to struggle with motivation, confidence, focus and direction. If you scored in this
range you may feel most domains of your life are going well but for one or two of them you
could use some help. Work on increasing your self-value and risk tolerance by develop your
problem solving skills. Developing these skills is critical for realizing the next level of your
potential.

A score between 25 – 45:


People who score in this range might be giving-up and quitting on their objectives and goals
too soon. They are hard on themselves and have high level of immeasurable self-imposed
expectations. If you scored in this range learning to lead with your strengths and values will
help you deal with unwanted fear. Focus on developing commitment and holding yourself
accountable.

A score between 7 – 24:


People who score in this range generally lead with fear. They let past experiences determine
future outcomes and often miss big opportunities. If you scored in this range you may be
struggling to feel excited and motivated about the day ahead. A critical first step for you is
to develop awareness and to learn how to undo the doing (letting go of the past). Focus your
attention on creating new experiences and stepping outside of your comfort zone.
