The code of conduct provides a framework for strengthening discipline by identifying
expectations, specifying the violations/acts of misdemeanor and the nature of ensuing penalties.
Students should have to act all the time with honesty & trustworthiness towards society.
1. Maintained a disciplined environment at the campus.
2. To benefit the health and security of the campus, we endeavor to convert the campus's premises into a
“No Smoking Area” and other similar contraptions are strictly prohibited on campus.
3, Hold paramount the safety, health, and welfare of others within the campus & workplace by promoting a
welcoming, respectful and ethical environment that values everyone equally.
4, Conduct yourself with fairness & avoid conflict of Interest.
5, Students will always carry with them a laminated copy of their National Identity Card.
6. Theft & vandalism or intentional damage to personal or the campus's property is prohibited, as is
possession of stolen property. Repair and replacement casts will be charged to the appropriate student(s}
and may warrant disciplinary action.
7. All lost items are to be immediately reported to the concerned Admin, all lost and found items must be
handed over to the DG Parks office immediately. All the lost items found will be given a number, description,
location for where it was found, and at the time of delivering the items to the student or staff, the lost and
found register must be signed by both parties.
8. Dress Code: All students are to be decently dressed, in a manner that is appropriate for any institution
of higher learning.
9. Campus resources i.e, computers, Internet facilities, Social groups should be utilized positively and avoid
using/share obscene, hateful, pornographic & irrelevant materials.
10. Mark the attendance, it should be checked and less attendance shows your insouciant attitude.
11. Ragging is prohibited on the campus.
12. Harassment is an offensive behavior aimed to immediate / injures another person, legal action will be
taken against the student(s) indulge in this act.
13. Carrying weapons & fireworks on the campus are prohibited,
14, Report any concern to the administration.
15. Any violation of the above codes may result in strict disciplinary action in the form of expulsion / heavy
fines.
