Catering / Event Inquiry Form

- This form is used to gather information about the client such as: Name and Contact
Information, Time and Date of the event, Location of the event, Budget money,
Number of Attendees, Type of the Event and more.

Details that a Caterers must know from the Clients:

1. Name and Contact Information of the Client


- The caterer will know who will be his or her client. With the contact
information that is provided by the client, the caterer can update the client on
the preparations, the changes, foods, and more.

2. Time and Date


- Identifying the time and date will give the caterer enough time to prepare for
the event because it will be difficult to prepare if there are other events
scheduled at the same time. Ordering fresh ingredients that will be used in
the event and scheduling the staff that will have their duty on the event.

3. Venue / Location
- Knowing the venue ahead of time will give the caterer time to prepare and
plan on what equipment needed and setup that is appropriate on the event,
such as tables, chairs, table skirts, caketable, buffet stations and more.
