UNDERTAKING

I, Jon Polo A. Alon, with Student No. 11880023, a student of De La Salle University College of Law, by
submitting this undertaking with the assignment to which this is attached states that I did not and will
not:

1. Consult, read, use, any material (audio, video, written) that is prohibited to be used during the
exams or in fulfilling the academic assignment.
2. Copy another student’s answers to an exam, or any other academic assignment;
3. Allow any other student to copy my answers to an exam, or any academic assignment;
4. Engage in any act of plagiarism;
5. Represent as my work, the work of any other person, in any answer to an exam or any
assignment or work in any course, subject or program; and
6. Receive unpermitted aid from any person, in any examinations or academic assignment under
circumstances in which a reasonable person should have known that such aid was not
permitted.

Violation of any of the provisions in this undertaking shall be a ground for prosecution. This will have a
major impact on your qualification to take the bar exams and your qualification to practice law.

INSTRUCTIONS: If you are submitting any exam or assignment via email attach this undertaking in the
same email. If you fail to do so, your exam or assignment WILL NOT receive any credit.
