grows smoothly by supporting our Finance & Executive Team.
Why you? You are super organised, and the type of person who just "gets things done". You will be
comfortable working between finance and supporting the CEO and COO, and will use your initiative to
help us solve some of the challenges that come our way.
This role is varied, and no two days will be the same. Some of your duties will include:
Financial
Billing (including expansions, new sales, churns and credit notes) and Credit Control
Accounts Payable processing and reconciliations and batch payments
Bank, credit card and expense processing and reconciling
Assist with payroll – UK, US, Australia and New Zealand
Banking
Provide executive support to Promapp CEO & COO
Administration
Board meetings and agendas, sales meetings and staff social functions
Receipt & Expense management for directors
Office Lean Manager (Stationery Supplies, Drinks & Snacks, Facilities Management)
Book flights and accommodation for the directors as requested
Project support / manager for smaller internal projects
Purchasing / Procurement / Supplier Management
Process Boss for Promapp
Requirements:
To ace this role you will;
Be experienced in a similar role. We're not fussed on how many years experience you have
but you should know your way around the role
Be super organised and efficient with your time
Be positive and friendly. You'll be working with a number of people so your ability to build
quality relationships is key
Know your way around a spreadsheet. Not for anything too technical but you've got the
basics covered
Be good with technology, a natural even
