Police in Del Gallego

I – Introduction

Under the Constitution, the states retained much of their police power but

share the right to regulate health and safety issues with the federal

government. Examples of the federal use of the police power are food and

drug regulations, environmental preservation laws, and workplace safety

laws. The states have companion laws in most of these areas, plus local

public health enforcement such as restaurant inspections, communicable

disease control, and drinking water sanitation. In most cases, the states

share jurisdiction with the federal government and the courts will enforce

whichever is the more strict law. State and local public health laws are

exercises of the police power.

Police in Del Gallego was always there to protect, help and teach us a

valuable lessons to remembered. The followings are the things they do as

a police men and police women in our community;

Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT), Community Anti-terrorism

Awareness (CATA) and Lingkod Bayan Advocacy Support Group and Force

Multipliers to the youth sector. They've conducted BARANGAYanihan thru

mobile feeding activity and Distribution of facemask to the violators of

l, Il, Ill), Del Gallego, Camarines Sur. Del Gallego MPS conducted

Barangay Visitation and dialogue with Barangay Captain on Crime

prevention tips, Antiterrorism awareness and Advocacy campaign against

sexual violence, Illegal drugs and Terrorism. They've conducted house to

house visitation and distribution of food packs, containing rice and grocery

item to adopted poorest of the poor families of this station at Brgy.

MPS conducted BARANGAYanihan thru coastal cleanup drive activity along

seashore at Barangay Sabang, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur. Police

visibility, mobile patrol and implementation of curfew hours.

Implementation of minimum health and safety protocol of COVID 19

-Virus and distribution of facemask.

Policemen and police women are the one who make us feel safe, they

were always there to protect and to help when someone is in needs. I

salutes on them because they make our community safe and at peace.

They have implemented and conducted different activities to help the

citizens of Del Gallego.

Police in Del Gallego was always there to protect, help and teach us a

On August 27, 2021, PCAD personnel of Del Gallego MPS under the

supervision of PLT JUNNY CRIS P CURBA, Officer-in-Charge, conducted

On August 27, 2021 at about 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, PCAD personnel of Del

Gallego MPS under the supervision of PLT JUNNY CRIS P CURBA, Officer-
in-Charge, together with KKDAT member, SK Federation and Alpha Kappa

Rho Del Gallego Supreme Council, conducted BARANGAYanihan thru

mobile feeding activity and Distribution of facemask to the violators of

none wearing of mask while in public places at Barangay Poblacion (zone

l, Il, Ill), Del Gallego, Camarines Sur.

PCAD personnel of Del Gallego MPS under the supervision of PLT

CHRISTIAN O OIDA, Officer-ln-Charge, conducted Barangay Visitation and

dialogue with Barangay Captain on Crime prevention tips, Antiterrorism

awareness and Advocacy campaign against sexual violence, Illegal drugs

and Terrorism. Likewise, reminded the curfew hours being implemented

within the Municipality of Del Gallego and COVID-19 health protocols.

visitation and distribution of food packs, containing rice and grocery item

to adopted poorest of the poor families of this station at Brgy. Sinuknipan

Il and Brgy Magais Il, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur. This activity aims to

alleviate a family's hunger even for a week amidst by the current crisis

COVID - 19 Pandemic.
"Coastal Clean-up Drive"

On August 29, 2021 at about 6:00 AM, personnel of Del Gallego MPS led

by PLT RAMON S NAVERA JR, DCOP, under the supervision of PLT JUNNY

CRIS P CURBA, Officer-ln-Charge, together with 4th Platoon, CS 1st PMFC,

KKDAT and KALIGKASAN Advocacy Support Group members, SK

Federation and Alpha Kappa Rho Del GallegoSupreme Council, conducted

BARANGAYanihan thru coastal cleanup drive activity along seashore at

Barangay Sabang, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur. The said activity was

conducted as a contribution in preserving our nature and to remind

everyone that individual responsibilities lies with each oj us in protecting

and restoring our planet earth.

Del Gallego. Sa ikinasang Anti-lllegal Gambling operation ng Del Gallego

PNP na pinangunahan ni PLT JUNNY CRIS P CURBA, 01C, kasama ang

mga tauhan ng CAMSUR PIU at CS Ist PMFC, nahuli ang limang katao

matapos maaktuhang naglalaro ng ipinagbabawal na sugal 'BET GAME" sa

bahay ng isa sa mga suspek sa barangay Magais 1, Del Gallego,

Camarines Sur kanina, bandang 4:40 ng hapon, September 3, 2021 .Ang

mga ito ay pawang mangingisda at mga residente ng nasambit na

barangay. Nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang 52 piraso ng baraha at perang

nagkakahalaga ng Isang Libo, Limandaan at dalawaput dalawa. (1,

522.00.) Kasong paglabag sa PD 1602 ang kakaharapin ng mga suspek.

The police men and police women implements and conducted a lot of

activity to help.the citizens of Del Gallego Camarines Sur. It's really a big

help that they make our community at peace and safe everyday even

though there is a pandemic. They still do they work to protect us even

though they are at risk. They also caught bad people and got a successful

cases they solved and it's an honor to them for making Del Gallego safe

and less crime happening.

IV – Conclusion

Even though the police in Del Gallego are at risk cause of the covid-19

virus, they still serve, help and make sure to make all the citizens in Del

Gallego safe. They still conduct and implements things to help our

community. Not just the citizens of Del Gallego who they care, they also

care about the officials of different barangays and also the care about our

nature. They do protect us from intruders from other places by guarding

the checkpoint. They even support and promotes the vaccine so everyone

will be safe in terms of the pandemic.

I just recommend that the police should care also about their selves not

just the community because they were the one who impose the law. They

should be safe and healthy too so they could do their jobs well and better.

I know that being a frontliners are difficult and risk taking, they still do

their jobs to serve the nation and our community. I salute on every

policemen and police women and I’m so thankful that they make Del

Gallego safe and at peace always.
