tools for Key Account Management. The company is a funded start-up, started in 2012 by B2B
marketing experts with extensive experience in the industry.

Job Description
 Develop an application on Force.com platform (listed on Salesforce AppExchange)
 Take ownership of all aspects of engineering – frontend, backend, build and deploy.
 Work directly with product owners to understand features and their scope, as a part of a
small self-managed development team with no typical project management overheads.
 Solve problems and challenges daily. Share opinions and insights to influence rapid decision
cycles and present effective technical solutions to business requirements.

Skills Required
 Proven 0-2 years Force.com application development experience (preferably Sales Cloud)
 Experience with Lightning environment, including developing Lightning
components (Aura, LWC, LDS, etc) and procuring “Lightning Ready” tag.
 Visualforce Pages, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Apex Data Loader,
Apex Web services (SOAP/REST) and Salesforce APIs
 Advanced Salesforce Administration & Configuration skills including but not limited
to Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Advanced Salesforce Security (FLS, OWD,
Hierarchies), Salesforce Sharing, Page Layouts, etc.
 Experience with Security Review process is highly preferable.
 Proven experience in developing dynamic highly functional Web pages using HTML5, CSS
and JavaScript with frameworks such as Angular/React/Vue and others.
 Experience in resolving cross browser presentation issues.
 Experience with version control systems – Git, Subversion.
 Self-driven, self-motivated with problem solving skills and an eye for detail.
 Great communication and inter-personal skills, comfortable working with team members at
all levels and departments within the organization.

Salary & Compensation


INR 5.5 Lakhs per annum & above; Commensurate with experience, expertise and software
product industry pay scale.
