BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS (LISTING SERVICE)
1. Contract’s duration is one year or more, unless otherwise determined by the parties under his agreement/contract.
2. Upon the execution of ECS / CCSI / NACH / Direct Debit MANDATE Just Dial is authorized to DEDUCT the installment amount until Just Dial received
advance notice as specified in clause 4 of the terms and service.
3. In case payment mode opted by the ADVERTISER/S IN ECS, CCSI & NACH, then the contract would be AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED on the same
terms and conditions unless determined by parties. The automatic renewal is at the absolute discretion of Just Dial.
4. If Advertiser wishes to terminate ECS / CCSI / NACH / Direct Debit facility, then Advertiser has to provide prior written NOTICE OF 3 MONTHS to Just
Dial, only upon the completion of minimum tenure of 9 (Nine) months from the effective date.
5. Just Dial reserves the right to terminate the contract or its services at its discretion with or without cause or by serving 30 (Thirty) days written notice to the
Advertiser/s.
6. Just Dial DOES NOT GUARANTEE and do not intend to guarantee any business to its vendor, it is merely a medium which connects general public with
vendors of goods and services listed with Just Dial.
7. In case of any disputes, differences and/or claims arising out of the contract shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration
& Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendment thereof. The Arbitrator shall be appointed by the authorized representative/Director of Just Dial. The
proceeding shall be conducted in English and held at Mumbai. The Award shall be final and binding. The Court of Mumbai shall have the exclusive
jurisdiction.
8. The Advertiser has given his consent to contact him for any business promotion of Just Dial during the tenure of this agreement or even after the expiry of
its tenure, whether the Advertiser has registered or not registered their entity/firm’s contact numbers in the “Do Not Call” registry of Telecom Regulatory
Authority of India (TRAI).
