Data Gathering Procedure
The researchers formulated the survey quetionnaire which focused on the
effects of smoking cigarette to the students and the ways to solve it.
The data ere gathered through thre following procedures after getting the the
result of the reliability of the questionnaire which has the significant result. First,
the researchares brainstorm for their topic and ask permission to their subject
teacher to conduct their survey to the respondents. Second, upon the approval of
their subject teacher the researchers start to distribute the questionnaire to the
selected respondents. Third, the retrieval of the questionnaire. The gathered data
through the questionnaire were scored. Finally, was the analysis and
interpretation of the data. The result was analized and interpreted on the purpose
of the study.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
