Subdivision, Tibag, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, do hereby name, constitute and appoint FLORDELIZA
BONADOR CAIBAL, of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing in 101 Orminter Subdivision, Tibag, Calapan
City, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the
following acts:
