1. What is sports mimetic?

ANS: Refers to strategies that mimic a wide range of adaptations and health benefits
associated with exercise, while still acknowledging the diverse integrative physical
effects that occur across the body in response to different types of exercise (dancing,
walking, jogging, sports activities, etc.).

2.What is the popular sports in the world?

ANS:

 Soccer/Football

3. Is it important to engage in sports/physical activities? support your answer.

ANS: By engaging in sports/physical activities it will help develop physical skills and
exercises that are good for the mind and the body. The direct effects of routine
physical activity are particularly noticeable in the prevention of several chronic
diseases. Increased cardiovascular fitness, bone health, a lower risk of obesity, better
sleep, and better coordination and balance are only a few of the advantages of
engaging in sports/physical activities.
4. In the Philippines what do you think is popular sports?

ANS:

5. What is your favorite sports? Why?

ANS: Badminton is my favorite sport out of all the ones I've tried. This sport helps me
to be more involve in the sport by requiring me to use strength and speed. I think
badminton is the most beautiful sport, and every time I play, I get a sense of
excitement and thrill in playing the game.
