 Authentication:
Before entering the software it verify user name and password for
authentication .

 Details Staff, Students, Fees, Internal Marks and Transport Details:

• Staff Details:
It allows user to maintain the details of the Staffs working in their
college like their name, address, phone no and etc.
• Students Details:
It allows the user to maintain the details about the students.
• Fees Details:
It allows the user to save the fees details such as Students Semester
fees, Transport Fees, Etc.
• Internal Marks Details:
This module helps the user to calculate the internal marks for each
Subject based on marks from each subject.
• Transport details:
For this process this software have the following Modules such as
1. bus Details
2. Driver Details
3. Diesel Details
• Department and Subject details:
These modules allow the user to maintain the details about
departments in the colleges and subjects for each semester for each
department.

 Students Mark Entry:

This Module used to maintain the students marks and through this user
can calculate the internal marks for the students.

 Staff Details Entry:

This module helps the user to maintain the details of the staffs such as
their name, address, qualifications and experience etc.

 Student Attendance Entry:

User can maintain the details of student’s attendance by using this


module. Which produces the reports in the basis of number absentees and
presents.

 Students Registration Process:

This software allows the users to store the student’s admission details

such as name, address, phone number, permanent address and photograph,

etc,.

 Payroll Process:

• Through this module user can perform the calculations for the salary
of the Employees.

• User can modify the data’s if need and can delete the unwanted or
mistaken entries.

 Accounts Process:

• To do accounts process this software provides followings operative

1. Account group
2. Ledger Book
3. Subledger Book
4. DayBook Entry

 Reports:

• Students Report

• Staffs Report

• Fees Report

• Students mark Report

• Attendance Report(Both Present and Absentees Details)

 Backup & Restore Data:

The backing up and restoring databases and transaction logs is a way


that SQL Server provides to protect from data loss. The backup operation
creates a copy of a database. This copy can be used to restore the database if
the media failure occurs or if the database is somehow damaged.
