Our main goal o to create and implement an operations and Training plan for the new service
Plant Pals project by mitigating potential revenue losses due to late shipments and
cancellations by ensuring an efficient, high-quality customer experience

SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound
● Create a delivery and logistics plan and implement a supply chain management
software that guarantee 95% delivery orders on time within one month of
launch.
Deliverables
1. Setting up order processing and supply chain management software for
shipment merchandise within two business days.
2. Training 90% of employees before the official service launch.
3. Increasing client retention by improving excellent service standards.

Why are we doing this?
● Plan pals is a top requested service from our customers, so increasing client
satisfaction by improving deliverables time and quality will improve customer
retention.
Benefits, Costs, and Budget
Benefits:
● Support new service leading to 5% revenue increase, reduce late shipments
and related costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
● Maintain excellent service standards by developing and launching an employee
training program.
Costs:
● Price of software, installation fees, time spent on hiring and training
● Purchasing delivery trucks, hiring drivers, calculating delivery fees, and
determining delivery routes and schedules.
Budget needed:
● $75,000
